Offering four unique and modern designed rooms all available in double with en-suite facilities. Two of the rooms are deluxe rooms, individual and large with great views of Oliver's Mount.

Room One - 1st Floor
A deluxe suite with kingsize bed that can also be made into a twin room and a relaxing seating area with space for a third guest. En-Suite offers contemporary Stark design Duravit bathroom with luxury deep bath and shower over.

Room Two - 1st Floor & Room Four - 2nd Floor
Standard rooms with double bed and reading chair. En-Suite is a luxury modern walk-in shower room.

Room Three - 2nd Floor
A deluxe suite with kingsize bed and a comfortable seating area. En-Suite offers contemporary Stark design Duravit bathroom with luxury deep bath and shower over.

All rooms have quality bedding with goose/duck down quilts and crisp cotton bed-linen, refreshment tray and hairdryer. Each room has a 19" LCD HDTV with Freeview. Ironing facilities are available on request.

Breakfast will be prepared from locally sourced foods where possible, with the emphasis put on free range and organic produce, ensuring a great start to the day. Below are sample menus of a typical breakfast:

TRADITIONAL - Cereals, Juice, Full English, Black Pudding

HEALTHY CHOICE - Fruit Smoothies, Scrambled Egg & Smoked Salmon, Pancakes & Fresh Fruit, Wholegrain Breads.

Please pre-order  Black Pudding and Smoked Salmon the day before.
