This property is a traditional brick built end of terrace cottage set in the charming Claxton Grange resort of 14 holiday cottages. Situated in 16 acres of private grounds, including areas of woodland, orchards and a wildlife pond; visitors to this charming house can enjoy the use of an indoor heated swimming pool, games room and tennis court.

Full oil fired central heating throughout with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, colour TV, video, radio, stereo/CD player. Coin-operated laundry on site. Garden room with library of books, videos and games. Oil & electricity inc. in rent. Coal can be purchased from the on-site office. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Use of indoor swimming pool and games room (with table football, pool table, games machine, board games & treadmill). Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for three cars.
