Limehouse Restaurant
Adam & Catherine Fisher's award winning restaurant is situated in the picturesque centre of York, 2 minutes away from York Minster & The Shambles. Over the last six years they have created a special reputation for excellence, with outstanding food being complemented by a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
They are passionate about using good quality local produce. In January 2005 Limehouse was featured in the ITV series Raw Chefs, about six family run restaurants in the north of England all dedicated to using produce from the region. In July 2006 they were nominated in the UKTV "Local Food Hero´s"campaign, featured on Sky Television, a series featuring small businesses who favour high quality local ingredients.
Limehouse loves to discover new ways of incorporating ingredients in their dishes to suit different palates. The menu is changed regularly and updated on their website.

Avocado & Brie Cheesecake served with Fruit Chutney
Supreme of Chicken stuffed with Chorizo Sausage smothered with Roasted Peppers, Tomatoes & Black Olives served with a Dauphinoise Potato
Fillet of Smoked Haddock resting on Gnocchi Dumplings in a Leek & Cheese Sauce
Fillet of Pork carved on a Roast Onion Mash finished with a Sage & Apple Jus
Rhubarb & Ginger Pavlova
Chocolate Fondant Sponge served with Tia Maria Ice Cream

The rear restaurant of The Lime House can be used for large tables of up to 27 people, ideal for business events or special celebrations. For tables of 10 people & above there are two menu options you can choose.
The Lime House Restaurant is open Tuesday - Saturday
From Noon - 2pm for Lunch & from 6.30pm onwards for Dinner.
Bookings are always recommended to avoid disappointment.
