Laskill Country House

 

Situated in the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors National Park and yet only a short drive away from the popular market town of Helmsley, Laskill House offers a luxurious base from which to explore.

 

All bedrooms are stylishly furnished to a high standard with the emphasis being on attention to detail. All offering en-suite facilities, huge beds, feather and duck down duvets and pillows (Non - allergenic or blankets available on request), crisp Egyptian cotton sheets, thick towels and fluffy bath robes.

 

When you wake refreshed from a lovely nights sleep, tuck into a hearty Yorkshire breakfast, ranging from fresh fruits, cereals and yoghurt to the full works, using our own eggs and locally produced sausage, bacon and black pudding.

 

Laskill House also offers a traditional and wholesome dinner of a four course affair with the main course being probably a roast with all the usual accompaniments and a selection of Yorkshire cheeses to finish with. Vegetarian options are no problem.

 

Both are served in the Dining Room while private dining is available for up to 24 should you wish to use the elegant private dining room which opens out onto the garden terrace.

Specific dietary requirements can be catered for but must be arranged in advance.

 

Not only this, but Laskill Country House is open throughout the year and offers facilities for private dining, meetings, events and weddings.

Our meeting room, which can seat up to 24, has stunning views of Bilsdale and enjoys lots of natural light throughout its full length with French windows opening onto the Garden Terrace. With a civil ceremony licence,Laskill House can provide a truly unique venue for Weddings.

Laskill House stands proudly in beautiful Bilsdale, 6 miles north of Helmsley, in the stunning North Yorkshire Moors National Park.

 

Traditionally built of Yorkshire stone, Laskill has its own private spring water supply that runs down from the hillside, recently opening its doors as a contemporary Bed and Breakfast establishment whilst still retaining its rural charm.
