Wrelton offers great walking in the local countryside and is within easy distance of the North York Moors which provide a stunning backdrop to any rambling trip. The market towns of Helmsley and Malton are nearby whilst just three miles away visitors can enjoy the local steam railway and Pickering Castle. The historic city of York is within a reasonable distance and offers an array of historic attractions, including the medieval shopping street, the Shambles.
Able to sleep four people in one double and one twin room, the property is mainly composed of an open-plan living area with cosy wood-burning stove.
This former coaching inn is now a quaint, compact Grade II listed building close to the centre of the pretty village of Wrelton. With flagged floors, beamed ceilings and an original cast iron range, this property is full of period character. Outside, the cottage comes with a sunny, south-facing patio: an ideal place to relax on a warm summers night.
