The little North York Moors village of Ruswarp is situated just two miles inland from Whitby and six miles from the renowned Robin Hood's Bay. Both sea and river fishing are available nearby whilst the ruggedly beautiful North York Moors offer excellent walking and cycling opportunities. Ruswarp's river provides a great place for short boat trips and nearby is a wonderful miniature steam railway, making this an excellent base for families and couples alike looking to explore the region. The stunning North York Moors have something to offer everyone, no matter what the time of year.

Situated on the banks of the River Esk in the charming village of Ruswarp, this charming cottage is a lovely, modern end-terrace property just two miles from the coastal town of Whitby. This cosy property offers lovely views over the river from the spacious first floor sitting room and has been furnished to a high standard throughout. The modern fitted kitchen provides access to a patio via lovely French windows; a lovely place to enjoy al fresco dining in summer, or to simply relax with a cold drink and a good book. Local amenities are plentiful and close by, as are a variety of holiday activities.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, colour TV, video, DVD, radio/CD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Small, sunny patio with garden furniture and river frontage. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: This property only accepts children of 8 years and over.
