Plus, new for the 2010 season, a once abandoned mineshaft has been re-awakened … feel the terror as you enter the abyss of darkness that is the subterranean underworld of Raptor Attack – our brand new roller coaster experience.
To assist our guests in making the most of their day at Lightwater Valley, we divide our theme park rides into 3 distinct categories:
Nippers (Action and mini-adventures for our younger guests under 1m)
Whipper Snappers (Exciting Family Rides and attractions for all those thrill seekers over 1m)
Jaw Droppers (Big thrill rides for anyone with the nerves to face up to the challenge)

Gates open at 10am, rides & attractions open at 10.30am. Park closes from 4.30pm, depending on time of year.
