Able to accommodate up to four people and with modern facilities, the self catering cottage is perfect for anyone wishing to explore North Yorkshire. The cottage overlooks the fantastic steam railway station in Pickering where the North Yorkshire Moors steam railway travels over the moors to the beautiful villages of Goathland, Grosmont as seen in Heatbeat and on to Whitby.
The cottage is well equipped with everything you'll need for your break away. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, a TV with freeview, Hi-Fi equipment and a selection of DVDs, videos and CDs. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, iron with board and a washing machine. The downstairs shower room has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Bedroom one has a king bed and boasts a period cast iron fire place. Bedroom two offers a double bed.
Daisy Cottage has it's own elevated rear garden with summer house, giving roof top views over Pickering. An off road parking space is available outside the cottage. Please note the cottage has winding stairs and some steps up to the garden.
The central location of Daisy Cottage is close to the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, Scarborough, Filey, Bridlington and other coastal resorts. Daisy Cottage is just a five minute walk from Pickering Castle, great shopping, restaurants and pubs. Ideally located for walkers, with miles of pathways close by. Well behaved pet is welcome.
