Honeysuckle - This most popular of our holiday homes is a perfect 2-person retreat, cosy, warm sitting room, kitchen/dining area, patio doors leading out to the garden and riverbank. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Fushsia - Larger than the other holiday retreats, sleeping up to 6 people. Open plan like the others. Comfy sofas, kitchen/dining area with patio doors leading out to the garden and riverbank. Staircase to open gallery area with a double bed and a single bed, Fushsia has a downstairs double bedroom, and a single bedroom with bunk beds. Downstairs toilet and shower room.

Hollyhock - Larger than the other holiday retreats, comfortable for 4, but can take 6. Open plan like the others. Comfy sofas, kitchen/dining area with doors leading out to the garden and riverbank. Staircase to open gallery area with a double bed and a single bed, Hollyhock has a downstairs double bedroom and single bedroom with bunk beds. Downstairs toilet and shower room.

Jasmine - This retreat has a barn-like atmosphere, stairs from the sitting rooms lead to an open gallery area with a double bed and a single bed. Downstairs spacious bedroom with double bed. Sitting room, kitchen/dining area, patio doors leading out to the garden and riverbank. Sit back and watch the wildlife from your sofas. Downstairs toilet and shower room.

Willow - This retreat has a barn-like atmosphere, stairs from the sitting rooms lead to an open gallery area with a double bed and a single bed. Downstairs spacious bedroom with double bed. Sitting room, kitchen/dining area, patio doors leading out to the garden and riverbank. Sit back and watch the wildlife from your sofas. Downstairs toilet and shower room.

Clematis - Furthest away with views over the river. Spacious place for 2, calm colours, vaulted ceiling, living room, kitchen/dining room, patio doors leading out to the garden river bank, double bedroom, shower and toilet.

The Boat Loft - The newest and set apart from the other cottages, the boat loft offers a romantic retreat. Contemporary style, cosy and comfortable. Accommodation is open plan and mostly on the first floor. Splendid views, wooden floors, bath/shower and exclusive use of a hot tub outside on the riverside. A truly unique opportunity to treat yourself for that special occasion.

Based in Ruswarp you are betwixt the magical moorlands of the National Park and the ravenous beauty of the North Yorkshire Coastline with its famous Cleveland Way. A short road journey takes you to Whitby. Wildlife abounds, nature is on your doorstep, you can feed the ducks and swans, watch the fish jump and catch a glimpse of the kingfisher.
